Community Service at the recycling center and Spanish classes in the afternoon

We went to the Recycling Center to sort different types of materials in order to send them to the right place for recycling.  The students commented about the impact of plastic bottles, newspapers, and empty jug of milk, detergent and other products. Today was not as busy as the first time that we worked there, but it was very rewarding to hear the boys' reaction to the amount of waste we produced and the impact in the environment.  After working there, we can back to La Quinta and ate lunch.  The students had a break until 1:30 PM and had time to use their phone to communicate with their family and friends. At 1:30 PM, we had Spanish class, where they had a conversation in group of three about their experience in CASA. I was very pleased with their overall work in this activity because I was able to assess their language skills progress. In addition,  we sort the donations that we are planning to donate tomorrow to the students of the school of Barroeta. I feel that we had a productive day, and we hope that we will finish things up at the Liceo tomorrow, which is our last day in Costa Rica.
